Ingredients: calcium citrate, calcium carbonate (total calcium content - 700 mg), magnesium citrate, dried horsetail herb (Equisetum arvense); prunes (Prunus domestica) extract; red clover flower extract (Trifolium pratense); turmeric rhizome extract (Curcuma longa); chaga or birch black grouse (Inonotus obliquus) extract; citric acid; vitamin C; red-root sage rhizome extract (Salvia miltiorrhyza) , vitamin D3, vitamin K2.
 
How to use: add the contents of the bag to food (yogurt, kefir, porridge, etc.) and eat on an empty stomach or 2 hours after eating. 
 
It is not recommended for children, as well as women during pregnancy and breastfeeding!
 
Dosage: 1 sachet of powder per day, 6 days a week; long courses (11 weeks); a week break; 4 courses per year; it is advisable to periodically monitor the level of calcium and phosphorus in the blood and once a year to assess bone density (osteodensitometry).
