This tea contains a natural plant nerve tonic that helps to rejuvenate and calming the nervous system. It helps you to come into a state of relaxation, we recommend to drink it daily before bedtime for better results. The FitoBalt® Nervine herbal tea can be consumed from children over 12 and elderly people.
How to use this herbal tea: In a empty cup put a tablespoon of the mix leaves and add boiling water, then let it rest for 20 minutes before consuming. Drink half of the cup two times a day, first in the afternoon and later before bedtime.
