Our crunchy truffles are rich in magnesium and for those who don't know, magnesium helps to reduce fatigue and promote the electrolyte balance in the body. Magnesium is necessary for the normal function of the nervous system and muscles, as well as protein synthesis. Protein synthesis is the process whereby biological cells generate new proteins. 

 

Magnesium is needed for more than 300 biochemical reactions in the body. It helps to maintain normal nerve and muscle function, supports a healthy immune system, keeps the heart beat steady, and helps bones remain strong. It also helps regulate blood glucose levels and aid in the production of energy and protein. Usage, indications and product packaging

Eat at least two crunchy truffles a day. This product can also be consumed as a snack, with the maximum recommended dosage of 12 truffles per day. It can be eaten at any time, however if eating only two a day we recommend to have one in the morning and the second one in the evening.

​

Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Food supplements shouldn't be taken as an alternative to a balanced and healthy diet. No added sugar, it contains only natural sugar. This product can be used by people with diabetes.
